Ari Solomon is the President and co-creator – with his sister Heather – of the celebrated candle line A Scent of Scandal®.
Scent of Scandal has three amazing summer scents they call "Scandal's Boys of Summer." I sooo want “The Pool Boy” (a blend of cocoa butter, jasmine and sea salt). He’s mine – don’t touch! Other customer favorites are the "Stoner" candle, which smells like grass -- as in freshly cut lawn, and the "D-cups" candle – ummm, melons! Kitson and Whole Foods sell select scents but you can find the entire line at the WeHo candle shop, Candle Delirium.
Ari and his sister have the best time working together but admits he does have to reign in her dirrrty mind. It's A Scent of Scandal...not A Scent of Smut! Oow!!
After Ari graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, he first worked as an actor in New York and Los Angeles, and later hosted the wildly popular “Ari’s Hollywood Update” on Miami’s Y-100FM. Now a prolific activist and writer for animal and human rights, Ari’s letters have appeared in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Miami Herald, and The Advocate. He hails from Margate, New Jersey.
