Doug Rago
Hailing from Philly, Doug Rago has made Los Angeles his home for the past 20 years. After graduating USC with a degree in Business Marketing, Doug headed toward the fast lane in creative advertising. But realizing his greatest gift was being a people person, he "remodeled" his career in real estate and is now a top broker with Rodeo Realty. Doug and his husband, (yes, you heard that correctly - awesome!) had their dream come true by getting married last year in LA - before Prop 8 (ugh). When not pounding the pavement for his clients, Doug can be found catching up on his favorite reality TV shows - on the couch with his dogs - and his FAVORITE new accessory, the Snuggie!!

East West Lounge, Eleven or Firefly (so hard to just pick one place since I so love going out for cocktails!)
Your favorite LA place for bargain shopping?
Bloomingdales when they have a sale or send a coupon (I love a coupon!)
You could change one thing about LA - what would it be?
Traffic and congestion.
You’ve always wanted to go to this LA spot – but just haven’t made it there yet?
Griffith Observatory since it re-opened.
Your favorite LA extravagance?
Going to the spa - usually one of the Burke Williams locations.
Your favorite neighborhood haunt?
Studio Cafe on the corner of Colfax Ave and Ventura Blvd in Studio City.
Your favorite local getaway?
Dog beach in Long Beach.
Your favorite place for cheap eats?
Noshi Sushi on Beverly Blvd just East of Western.
You always take out of town guests to this spot?
I often take guests to 3rd St Promenade in Santa Monica. This way they can see the beach and shop plus see some cool street performers.
