James Lee

James Lee (no relation to Bruce Lee – his idol) is the owner and the head coach of Team CrossFit, a fitness and self-defense facility, that teaches the CrossFit strength and conditioning program, and Krav Maga self-defense program (what they teach the Israeli Army – so awesome!). He lives his dream daily by coaching and teaching people how to better their fitness and their health at his gym in Woodland Hills. James truly believes in focusing on positive attitudes. “If you know that you are kicking ass everyday and working to be the best you can,” he says, “it’s hard to have a bad attitude.”
At Team CrossFit, James and his staff use 10 recognized fitness domains in their training: Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Oh, and you will not be casually walking on the treadmill at this gym! You will be pushed from head to toe—working your entire body. There will be friendly competition and camaraderie will all the other clients or athletes at Team Cross-Fit! And James promises it will be fun!
