Janet Fitzgerald is a spiritual fitness guru and one of LA’s top spinning instructors. Her classes focus on an inspirational journey towards total self-empowerment. Everything from her winning smile to the muse-like music she chooses and her words of encouragement – will get you through a kick-ass workout!!

Janet is in the business of helping people transform their lives through everything from spinning, private training, life coaching, space design, breathing/meditation circles, spiritual fitness retreats in magical destinations like Kauai...and even advice on how to throw the perfect cocktail party! Want to teach spinning? Janet also gives teacher training seminars once a month to students who are interested in becoming an instructor.

Janet’s motto: The formula is simple. Sign up, show up, create your intention, ride hard, dance, scream, sweat, dream...and remember who you are!

Currently you can find Janet at Train in West Hollywood, 630 N La Cienega Blvd, corner of Melrose and La Cienega. Phone (310) 657-4140. Sign ups start on Thursday morning at 8am for the weekend (don’t wait, call and reserve – she gets booked!) Her riders range in age from 8 to 71. All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are welcome - but know this is a serious class! Your first class is free...so now YOU REALLY DON'T HAVE AN EXCUSE!

Classes: Thursday 8:15am Saturday 9:15 am Sunday 9:30am
